Many newcomers to this site do not know that ALL flanges are made to order. I seldom have surplus when I make flanges, therefore it is not often I can ship same day or even within the same week. This website is your Manufacturer Direct Connection (NOT a Warehouse Direct Connection).

All flanges I sell are made in-House by ME (Sam) except commercially available hardware, o-rings, and etc. It takes time to process an order. Many orders, small and large, take as long as two weeks or more (depending on work already scheduled). I try to process paid orders in the order they are received, but sometimes I have already scheduled a run for another customer for the same item, therefore I can sometimes add more work pieces without throwing the schedule completely out of kilter. Please bear in mind that I serve other customers and other industries as well. Some orders for other industries may tie me (the Machine Shop) up for a week or more.

If you have a schedule, please ask about availability before you order. Let me know what your schedule is, I will try to help.

If I grant you a return, or change of order, there may already be cost incurred which will require deductions in any STORE CREDIT available. Note that STORE CREDIT is the operative word.
