Header Flanges
Header Flanges for the fabrication of turbo manifolds or headers. Each Header Flange is CNC milled for precise fitting and consistent product quality. We make it out of 1/2 inch mild steel. Most of our Header Flanges come in a Standard and Premium version. Premium Flanges have a lot more work on them. It takes over twice as long to make, but it makes a world of difference to the fabricator. Premium flanges are port matched from 1 1/2 inch Schedule 40 Pipe to the head port. Reliefs are machined on the flange to help isolate the heat from the manifold. This means drastically reducing the chance of warping.
